ISE Consulting & Advisory
Following Onboarding, Advantage and Premier Customers will have immediate access to Cisco ISE Experts for Consulting & Advisory Services, Customers can leverage ModernCyber's Expert Engineers to Plan, Design, and Implement new use-cases, Optimize the Configuration, or for Troubleshooting. Knowledge Transfers can also be scheduled to train Customer teams on new ISE Versions, Features, and Best Practices.

ISE Health Assessment
Post-Initial Onboarding, an ISE Health Assessment will be performed to analyze operational capabilities and deployment effectiveness, providing a comprehensive review of the current configuration, architecture, and overall health, stability, and scalability of the current ISE Deployment. The results of the Health Assessment will include tailored guidance and remediation strategies for the issues uncovered.

ISE Upgrade
The outcome is that your ISE will be running on the latest stable/recommended release and able to help provide full coverage and control of access to network resources.

ISE Certificate Maintenance
Most PKI certificates must be renewed yearly and this includes ISE Certificates. We work with your team to generate updated certificates and schedule the maintenance to replace/update the certificates on ISE.

ISE Patching
Cisco releases ISE patches on a semi-regular basis. These patches contain bug fixes and, when necessary, security fixes (for example, the Heartbleed and Poodle vulnerabilities discovered with SSL). To ensure that bug fixes are applied, security vulnerabilities are plugged in, and the solution works seamlessly, we schedule patch installations during a maintenance window to avoid a temporary outage

Offboarding
When approaching the end of the subscription term a closeout meeting is held to review a summary of service, all deliverables, and outcomes.
