How it works
Every assessment starts with a short scoping call to agree on boundaries, stakeholders, and access. From there we collect data — configuration exports, architecture docs, and interviews with your team — and run the technical review. You get a written findings report, a prioritized remediation roadmap, and a readout for both executives and engineers.
Typical timeline: 2–4 weeks from kickoff to readout, depending on scope. Your team's lift is small: environment access, config exports, and a few hours of interviews. We do the analysis, benchmarking, and writing.
